2009-10-31 Zadatak promocije je da provede kupca kroz razlicite faze. Ovo je jedan od modela- hijerarhijski model. Akronim za ulogu promocije je AIDA: Attention , Interest , Desire , Action. Ovaj model analzira „put” koji kupac prođe od nepoznavanja proizvoda do kupovine. Da bi potencijalni kupac obavio kupovinu, prodavac je taj koji sprovodi proces promocije. AIDA je sekvencijalni model koji prikazuje korake koje treba da prati marketing komunikacija. Dakle, promocija treba da: 1. privuče pažnju, 2. zadrži interesovanje, 3. razvije želju i 4. dovede do akcije ( čitaj kupovine).Ukoliko se redosled ne ispoštuje kupci neće kupiti proizvod. Koji su to instrumenti promocije koji omogućuju da se navedene aktivnosti sprovedu u delo? Da se privuče pažnja- tu je reklama i publicitet. Cilj je da se proizvod „vidi” i da se o njemu priča. Kreirati svest kupaca o proizvodu. Interesovanje se zadržava – reklamom. Potencijalni kupac se „pomera” od pasivnog posmatrača ka aktivnom razmatranju proizvoda. Želja se razvija – unapređenjem prodaje. Izazivanje željenih stavova prema proizvodu, naročito u odnosu na konkurentske proizvode ( podsticanje veće želje za proizvodom u odnosu na želju za konkurentskim proizvodom ). Da se dovede do akcije – lična prodaja i unapređenje prodaje. Akcija podrazumeva kupovinu proizvoda od strane kupaca (izazivanje kupovine isticanjem neodložne poželjnosti proizvoda ).
